In two weeks...

Hubba hubba, this sounds amazingly fun and relaxing. You know I have never been away to a destination for spring break? Once in HS I visited a friend in Florida and we went to the beach...one time. Thats the extent of my spring break excursions.

So please have a blast!

I was just there last Friday. I thought of you as I drove down the Seawall. I drove past Gaidos I have lived in this area my whole life and could not imagine why you would want to come here. Last Friday as I am driving around with Ethan, I realize for the first time, this place isn't so bad. I took him to Moody Gardens to see the penguins and we ate lunch at Joe's Crab Shack. You are going to have to go to Kemah to the Boardwalk. You will have lots of fun there. It is not far from Galveston.

Of course I will. I wouldn't let you come that close without stopping by!! Also the Schlitterbahn is open, so you will have to check that out. Moody Gardens was getting a shark exhibit ready so maybe that will be finished by the time you come.

Not that this is a big deal, but I was at Galveston on Thursday not Friday. Friday I went to Kemah and let Brayden ride the rides!!

Looks like an awesome trip...what fun. Jake & Brandon are both out for spring break that week. We're taking an exciting trip to the in-law's house for a few days.

I've never been on spring break in my entire life. Even when I was much younger and MUCH wilder, I was never a big fan of crowds, so I never went to wild, crazy places for vacation. Actually, I really never went ANYWHERE, except to the Jersey shore, because I was so poor.

Atox, you guys are going to have such a great time! My entire life, I've lived less than an hour from the ocean, so I've always taken fresh seafood for granted! Chow down, lady!

yep atox...we seem to do something for ourselves for our 5 year anniversaries. On our 5th anniversary, we went on a cruise. For our 10th (in 2 years), we've been saving up forever for a trip to Norway since it's a big anniversary and Jason graduates college the December before too.

When we went on our cruise, that was my first time out of the country. We went to Cozumel, Mexico, Progresso, Mexico, and Belize. It was cheap too - we got an awesome last-minute deal on our cruise - 7 day oceanview room for $250/each. We couldn't have even gotten a hotel room from somewhere for 7 days for that price, and that was food and all included. I want to go on another, lol
